Job Description:
Our client is an MEP Design-Build firm that specializes in the HVAC and Plumbing industries. They are looking to hire a Mechanical Project Manager in Phoenix for commercial construction projects.
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years HVAC/Mechanical project management experience
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Manage profit/loss – Cost analysis
- Precon experience
- Work with the Super to set up schedules
- Buyout/Procurement
- Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders
Benefits:
