We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Engineer with significant experience in commercial construction projects to join our dynamic team. As an HVAC Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of HVAC systems within our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to develop HVAC design concepts and solutions for commercial construction projects.
  • Prepare and review HVAC drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure HVAC systems meet project requirements and standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess HVAC installations and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies.
  • Manage HVAC project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices related to HVAC systems and commercial construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical industry, with a focus on commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other HVAC design software.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, materials, and installation methods.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to HVAC systems.
