Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, and excel in building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. The HVAC Sales Professional will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting our range of HVAC products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the HVAC market. Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their specific requirements and provide personalized HVAC solutions to meet their needs.

  3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in HVAC technology, products, and services. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to clients.

  4. Consultative Selling: Adopt a consultative approach to sales by thoroughly understanding client needs, conducting site assessments, and recommending appropriate HVAC solutions.

  5. Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes and proposals for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive proposals.

  6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales contracts. Close deals in a timely manner while maximizing profitability.

  7. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to develop targeted sales strategies.

  8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

  9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines. Generate regular reports to track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in HVAC sales or a similar technical sales role.
  3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
