Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in residential and commercial site development projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.


  1. Lead and oversee residential and commercial site development projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and management.
  3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  5. Monitor project progress and performance against established objectives, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
  6. Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays.
  8. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, budgets, and key metrics.
  9. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  10. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing residential and commercial site development projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, underground utilities installation, and related construction techniques and processes.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  5. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  6. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to analyze complex issues, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions.
  8. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus.
  9. Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
