**Job Title: Multifamily Construction Project Manager**

**Location:** Franklin, Tennessee

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Construction Project Manager to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**
– Manage all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
– Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
– Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and vendors.
– Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
– Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
– Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols on the job site.
– Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction project management.
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Franklin, Tennessee.
