Job Description
Our client is a general contractor that specializes in ground-up commercial construction projects including healthcare, office buildings, multifamily, and more. They are looking to hire a Construction Superintendent in Denver, CO.
Experience and Skills you need
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- Ground-up construction experience preferred
- Support Project Manager(s) in completing all assigned projects
- Oversee job site safety, quality, and scheduling
- Maintain daily paperwork for all project aspects
- Coordination of all sub-trades
- Create and review project schedules
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Benefits:
- Base salary of $85,000 – $115,000, depending on experience
