Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for one of our reputable clients, to lead a team in the successful execution of large-scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.   • Lead all phases of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and budgetary matters.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, including engineers, superintendents, and support staff.


  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
