Construction Superintendent Jacksonville FL
Our client is a commercial general contractor that does work throughout the state of Florida. They are looking to hire a Construction Superintendent. A majority of these projects are in the Jacksonville metro area but there is potential for travel throughout Florida. Tilt wall, light industrial (warehouses, data centers, etc) and ground-up new commercial construction experience preferred.
Experience and Skills you need:

5+ years of construction experience

Tilt wall, light industrial, and ground-up commercial project background

Experience working with subcontractors

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to manage projects from start to finish

Oversee all on-site work being performed
Benefits:

Starting salary of $80,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
