Job Description:
Our client is a Mechanical Contractor that specializes in HVAC and Mechanical work in the commercial and industrial sectors. They are looking to hire a Traveling Mechanical Superintendent to work across a variety of projects throughout the Southeast.
Experience & Skills:
- 7-10+ years of construction experience
- Mechanical/HVAC experience required
- Industrial construction project base preferred
- Excellent scheduling skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Manage Assistants, foremen, and subcontractors on job sites
- Conduct meetings with GC, Developers, Owners, and other stakeholders
- Solid communication skills
Benefits:
- Base salary of $80,000 – $110,000, depending on experience
