Job Description
Our client is a general contractor based in South Florida that specializes in commercial construction projects across all of Florida. They are looking to hire a Construction Project Manager in Orlando for a variety of commercial projects.
Experience and Skills you need:
- 7-10+ years of construction experience
- Experience managing projects with budgets of at least $50 million
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Coordination with Superintendent on schedule management
- P&L management and cost analysis
- Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders
- Design-Build experience a plus
- Business Development and client retention
- Estimating experience nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
