Location: Orem, UT
Job Description
Our client is a Utah-based design-build firm specializing in commercial construction projects including schools and religious facilities.
They are looking to hire a Senior Construction Estimator in Orem, UT for a variety of ground-up, commercial construction projects.
Experience and Skills
- 3-10 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
- Must have experience in large commercial projects upwards of $20M
- Software knowledge or ability to quickly learn including Onscreen, Bluebeam, Assemble, Revit, and more
- Create quantity take-offs
- Work with PreCon department and review estimates prior to them being sent to owners
- Review Subcontractor estimates from vendors
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read plans/blueprints
