Brief Company Description:
We are an established restoration & weatherproofing contractor in the Midwest and have been around for 100+ years. We are expanding two of our divisions and need to add Estimator/PMs to our teams ASAP! We know all details matter, that’s why we approach every project with a comprehensive detailed oriented approach. We are looking for Estimators with experience in Project Management, or vise versa, to join our team!
Skills and Requirements:
– 3-10 years in the restoration, weatherproofing, or building exteriors industry
– Restoration estimating and project management experience
– Weatherproofing estimating and project management experience
– 70% time spent estimating / 30% time managing projects
– manage about 3-10 projects at one time depending on size/complexity
– Must have a stable work history
– Ability to travel between job sites throughout listed cities
– Great communication and interpersonal skills
– Procore and BlueBeam knowledge preferred
Employment Package being offered:
– Base $75,00-95,000
– $400-500/month car allowance + gas card
– $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days with the company
– 10 days PTO + 5 personal days

– Full benefits (They pay 80%)
