Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly within the hospitality sector. As a Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee multiple projects across various locations, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for hospitality renovation and new construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee scheduling, material deliveries, and equipment management to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, progress photos, and other documentation as required.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to overcome project challenges.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, has to be within the hospitality sector.
  • Minimum 5 Hotel renovation projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing renovation and new construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage projects in various locations nationwide.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are highly desirable.

Pay: 90,000 – 110,000
