Job Description:
Our client is a Phoenix-based commercial general contractor. They are looking to hire a Construction Superintendent to work on ground-up construction projects throughout Phoenix. A multifamily or education project background is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Commercial ground-up experience required
- Education and multifamily project background preferred
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee all on-site work being performed
- Ability to read blueprints
Benefits:
- Base salary of $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
