Job Description
Our client is a luxury, custom home builder with projects all over Palm Beach County. They are looking to hire a Residential Construction Superintendent in Jupiter, FL to work on new homes with budgets over $1 million.
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5+ years of residential construction experience
- Manage all aspects of construction in assigned territory
- Ability to coordinate and monitor all construction activities to assigned locations
- Evaluate project costs and budget
- Oversee and manage daily activities of field labor crew where required
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Create and review project schedule
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Benefits:
