Job Description:
Our client is a Texas-based commercial general contractor. They are looking to hire a Construction Superintendent to work on commercial construction projects throughout the DFW Metroplex.
Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of construction Superintendent experience
- Must have commercial construction experience
- Federal, healthcare, multifamily, or industrial project background preferred
- Tilt-wall experience a bonus
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee all on-site work being performed
- Ability to read blueprints
Benefits:
- Base salary of $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
