Job Description:
Our client is a California-based general contractor that specializes in ground-up and TI retail construction projects. They are looking to hire a Construction Superintendent in Orange County.
Experience & Skills:
- 3-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Retail construction experience a must
- Provide daily oversight and site logistics
- Coordination with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, and Owners
- Manage all sub-trades
- Create and review project schedules
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Benefits:
