Job Description
Our client is a commercial general contractor that specializes in tilt wall construction projects. They are looking to hire a Construction Project Manager in Dallas with tilt-up experience on data centers, warehouses, distribution centers, and more.
Experience and Skills you need
- 5-10+ years of construction project management experience
- Tilt wall experience required
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordination with Superintendents on schedule management
- P&L management and cost analysis
- Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders
- BS in Construction Management preferred
Benefits:
- Base salary of $80,000 – $120,000, depending on experience
