Our client is a general contractor that does work throughout the Southeast. They are looking to hire a Construction Project Coordinator for a variety of construction projects in Charleston, SC. This person will be working closely with Project Managers in assisting with pre-construction, execution, and the closeout process.
Experience and Skills you need:

5+ years of construction experience

Construction experience preferred

Track bids and draft proposals based on PM estimates

Issue contracts and Change Orders
-
Coordination of a variety of project-related activities
-
Ability to prepare schedules and action plans

Strong communication skills
